AbstractA cinder block wall constructed to provide a closure for the wall furnace during its initial trials was specially instrumented and used ina special final run. This wall was not suitable for a fire-resistance test because of the many times it had been heated during trial runs of the furnace, but it could still be used to provide other information, as described in this report.
