AbstractIn June, 1949, the National Research Council was approached by Mr. Nicholas Fodor, Consulting Engineer, Toronto, to ascertain whether the Council would be interested in taking part in an investigation to be carried out during the following winter concering the performance and flexibility of a radiant heating system being installed in the Knollwood Park Public School, London, Ontario. It was not until February 20, 1950, that the test program was formulated and installation of test equipment begun. During this period the test equipment was installed and set in operation and preliminary tests were run.
