AbstractNanophotonic optomechanical devices allow efficient control of localized, high quality factor, nanoscale mechanical resonances. By optically actuating these resonances, the properties of embedded diamond nitrogen vacancy centers can be modulated with far off resonance photons. © 2013 Optical Society of America.
