AbstractAn ultra high frequency (500 - 1000 mc/s) antenna system for the instantaneous amplitude-comparison direction finder is described. The antenna system consists of eight spiral antennas mounted on a10-inch-diameter by 16-inch-high cylinder. Details of the development of the antenna system and measured performance data are given.
