AbstractThis bibliography has been prepared to assist those who wish to obtain information on construction management and site control. An expanding economy will necessitate a large amount of new construction and it is probable that the resources of the construction industry will not grow to the same extent. Thus these resources will have to be utilized more effectively and the level of productivity raised. Many different methods such as prefabrication and new designs can and will be used to achieve this end but major improvement can be made relatively simply through the use of modern methods of management.These methods can be applied in various ways, both in the office and on the site; in addition to increasing productivity they help a firm to control its activities and increase the return on the investment put into it.
