AbstractThis paper presents a method for estimating the creep compliance parameter used to characterize the low-temperature behavior of asphalt concrete mixes and predict thermal cracking of roads. The method tested several artificial neural network (ANN) models to assess their ability to predict asphalt behavior using historical data from long term pavement performance (LTPP) sites.
