AbstractThe development of a current-comparator-based high-voltage impedance bridge at the National Research Council of Canada (NRC) for the accurate measurements of high-voltage resistive (R), Inductive (L), and capacitive (C) impedances is described. The bridge has ratio uncertainties of les than 10 x 10-6 in both magnitude and phase.
