AbstractThis report addresses the change management process that occurs during construction projects. It presents the causes, impacts and correction actions for managing changes. Based on literature review of several change process models and the characteristics of computational environments, a generic change process model is proposed which has five stages in a sequence: identify, evaluate & propose, approve, implement and review.
