AbstractAs will be seen, this Report is really an introduction to a full study dealing with criteria for the spacing of all building types. There are also many details of implementation and of definition which require further investigation and which will form sequels to this first fundamental study. Particularly, it is hoped that this work will engender new directions in the preparation of zoing regulations, and that as a consequence the spacing of buildings will be less arbitrary and less rigidly fixed.
