AbstractWater mist technology has gained re-newed interest over the last two decades for fire suppression. Through research and testing, the effectiveness of water mist technology in suppressing fires has been shown in a number of application areas, and many new water mist systems have been developed for specific applications. One such new application area is the use of water mist in suppressing cooking oil fires.
