AbstractThis paper presents some of the results from a series of measurements made in the Acoustics laboratory of the Institute for Research in Construction (IRC) at the National Research Council of Canada (NRCC). The research was funded by Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation and was intended to provide some data to allow builders to make informed choices about which plumbing noise control procedures to follow.
