AbstractThis is a summary and progress report on the development of an ice/structure interaction computer model being developed under PERD/NEB funding. The report describes the overall approach to the development including numerical and physical testing. A summary of the state-of-the-art practices are provided together with an identification of issues requiring further investigation and development.
