AbstractThe large fire resistance furnaces in the Fire Research Laboratory of the Division are intended primarily for research though they may also be used in the testing of proprietary constructions. Since these are large facilities requiring large and costly specimens it will always be the aim of the Division to obtain and to make available as much information as possible from each specimen constructed. The second of two walls constructed for use during the initial trials of the wall furnace has now been re-tested to provide supplementary information on temperature measurement and on panel restraint which is now reported.
