AbstractThis is a set of material used in the workshop presentation. Overall program of development of a mathematical model of ship dynamics in extreme waves and a relevant time-domain simulation program is outlined. The general methodology and the main elements of the physics involved in ship capsizing is presented. Examples of some experimental works are also given.
