AbstractTo assess the long-term airtightness of detached houses sealed with polyethylene vapour retarders, thirty houses were chosen for study. All houses had been tested for their airtightness at the time of their completion and were re-tested as part of this study. This paper presents the results of the tests and indicates how the houses have performed.
