AbstractA very small, transistorized, microwave receiver is described which is designed for reception of pulsed signals in the band from 2 to 20 kmc/s. The entire antenna, crystal detector, ampllifier, and power supply for the 2 to 8 kmc/s portion of the receiver is contained in a package 2 x 2 x 1½ inches. A separate antenna, in a package of about the same size, plugs into the receiver and extends the upper frequency limit to 20 kmc/s.
