AbstractThis study involved wind pressure measurements on full-scale flat roofs for the purpose of studying a) the induced pressure distribution on a mechanically-attached single ply roof when the membrane may be inflated due to suction and b) the effect of structural installation details. The paper reports the benefits of using full-scale roof component materials for the wind tunnel tests of mechanically-attached flexible membrane roofs.
