AbstractThe principal objective of this seminar was to bring together a number of national and international experts in building economics for the discussion of four subject areas of current importance, namely: 1. the links between technical, economic and social research and building practice. 2. the economics of building rehabilitation. 3. the economic evaluation of building designs. and 4. the building market in the next ten years.
