AbstractA two pressure system suitable for calibrating humidity sensors of the Dunmore-type is described. Air is saturated at atmospheric pressure and expanded to a lower pressure in the calibration chamber. The relative humidity in the calibration chamber is regulated by adjusting the pressure there. The system is relatively easy to construct and operate. Tests indicate accuracies of + 0.2 to 0.3 per cent relative humidity are attainable.
