AbstractThe structure of the core part of the lipopolysaccharide from Proteus mirabilis genomic strain HI4320 was studied. Core oligosaccharide was isolated by mild acid hydrolysis of the lipopolysaccharide and analyzed by NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry as well as chemical methods. The structure of the oligosaccharide was established. © 2011 Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.
