AbstractLaboratory experiments have shown the short-term benefits of individual, personal control over lighting and direct/indirect lighting systems. The combination leads better satisfaction with lighting, more positive mood, and better well-being. This article is a short report of a field investigation that demonstrated this effect in a real organization over the long term.
