AbstractThe survey reported here was undertaken at the request of the Canadian Structural Clay Association to determine if the problem of rain penetration has occurred in buildings of "T.T.W." ("through-the-wall") brick construction, and, if so, what features of design and construction contributed to the problem. An additional purpose of the survey was to obtain general information concerning the practices of construction using T.T.W. bricks.
